I really enjoyed my stay here, the atmosphere was welcoming and the place was spotless. It's conveniently close to the city center. the breakfast was delicious, and I have to say the food was top-notch. the service was fantastic overall, I felt well taken care of. 👍

The room was huge and wonderful, it had a kitchen, free tea, and coffee. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and we had a satisfactory breakfast. Location: the hotel was so close to the supermarket which is open 24hours also next to the supermarket is a dominos. The vibe here was family! The staff were very helpful and provided excellent service.

the family studio was warm, included a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets. its location was comfortable and ideal, near to very close to the supermarket and the bus stop. it also was in to reykjavik centre.

Spotlessly clean room with a nice mountain view. Bathroom has a bathtub for a relaxing soak 🛁.

Due to the closure of Reykjavik air space, we were re booked and had to depart from a different airport in northen Iceland. The assistance provided by the Hotel recepcionist (a Czech national, I believe) was outstanding. Not only did she helped us a big deal, she also kept her smile in her face all the time. Excellent Customer Service (not easy to find nowadays).

I truly enjoyed my stay at Arctic Comfort Hotel in Reykjavik. the staff members were so friendly and welcoming. the breakfast provided was delicious, and the check-in process was quick and easy. As an added bonus, I appreciated receiving complimentary wake-up calls during my stay. I can't wait to visit this hotel again in the future!

The staff was very friendly and helpful at any time - (they were able to solve some problems connected with the flight due to the ashes and the volcano eruption) - I enjoyed being there and I would recommend it. The area were the hotel is located is very quiet and there are buses going to the city-centre. The kitchen inside the room was of great help, since it's possible to cook simple meals.

Price, 27 euro for 2 person include breakfast is really cheap. The receptions are very nice and helpful. The breakfast is good. The room is big, warm and quiet in night. Although it is not very close to city center, if you have a car it is only takes 5 mins to city center. The parking is very easy and less traffic jam.

The hot water is pure natural geothermal water. It is very good to bath, but I do not like the smell of sulfur, especially when I wash face.

The hotel is ideally located near a 24-hour supermarket, downtown, and the main bus terminal. the staff was incredibly kind and responsive to my needs. - the room was modern with an exceptionally comfortable bed and good internet connection.

Room is very big and has a kitchenette. Interent connection is free and reliable. Breakfast is quite good.

No lift and need to carry luggage up a flight of stairs to reach the room.

Very good breakfast offered. The rooms were comfortable and nice. Wireless was available farther than advertised.

Our first room had the heating broken, but the staff moved us to a different room and then it was perfect.
